Parent Consent Agreement Before a child participates in the marketplace, the parent or guardian must agree to the following: Consent for Participation I confirm that I am the parent or legal guardian of the child participating in The Kids Place. I give permission for my child to participate in the platform as a young entrepreneur. Account Responsibility I understand that: the account will be managed by me as the parent or guardian I am responsible for supervising my child’s activities on the platform I must approve all listings and communications Financial Responsibility I acknowledge that: all payments will be processed through accounts managed by me I am responsible for taxes, compliance, and financial matters related to sales Privacy and Safety I agree to ensure that my child does not share sensitive personal information publicly on the platform. Compliance I agree that my child and I will follow all platform rules and policies. Failure to comply may result in suspension or removal from the platform.
