Each product or service listed on the platform is sold by an individual child entrepreneur under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Because of this, refund policies may vary slightly between sellers. However, the following general guidelines apply to all transactions. 2. Refund Eligibility Refunds may be requested if: the item arrives damaged the item does not match the description the item never arrives there was a processing or payment error Refund requests should be submitted within 7–14 days of receiving the product. 3. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds may not be granted if: the buyer simply changes their mind the product is a custom-made or personalised item the product has already been used or damaged after delivery the buyer provided incorrect shipping details Because many items are handmade by young entrepreneurs, minor variations between products may occur. 4.
